Dosing With Dry Ferts But Not Using Ei

Basically I have a low tech tank, lighting is at 1.2WPG (40W over 33US Gal), I dose AE Liquid Carbon and TPN+
My Nitrates barely register above 10ppm per week imbetween water changes.
The 40W is made up of a Hagen Aqua-Glo 24" 20W and a Hagen Power-Glo 24" 20W, I'm soon to add a reflector onto each bulb.

I'd just like to ask if someone could write me up a little recipe so I can make up my own fertiliser to replace TPN+
Or if you could point me in the direction of one.

it might be worth looking at the bar report just google it or look for poor mans dosing drops the recipe is all over the net...if you find it lacks you can add and take away as necessary

or if you dont want a DIY Tropica you can add what you want, you know what mixture makes up what target, if you want to add x amount then you can. It doesnt have to follow any regime
