Over the weekend i picked up some Kent phos+ as my 20gal is still doing badly. All the stats are good except the phosphate which is at 0.1ppm. I'm not doing IE but i'm planing on getting a pressuried Co2 system for Christmas, Then i will start doing IE. My only problem is i can't figure out how to dose the phosphates :S . This website gives the intructions on how to dose it at the bottom of the page. The nitrates in my tap water are 15ppm and the nitrates in the tank are 25ppm(nothing is growing). Which reading should i use? And how do i figure out how much i'm suppose to dose?

Thanks

Most just use KH2PO4, mono basic potassium phosphate.
See Aqua Essentials web site for a lift time supply for a few pence.

That's all the other stuff is priced way up and diluted in water.
It's your money.

1/2 kilo will last most folks a lifetime.
