Does Vallis Flower

does vallis flower and if so will it open above water or below and is it likely to set seeds, i just discovered a very thin and straight growth in one of my recently introduced vallis plants that is just slightly thicker at the tip, i'm assuming its a flower forming

it might be a daughter plant. ive never heard of them flowering (?)

Vallis does flower, but you'd need both male and female plants.

Yes the flowers are only 1mm across according to that website, so good luck spotting them. They probably wouldnt flower in an aquarium because of the flow in the tank.
