Does this look like Columnaris?

Just picked up a used tank and it came with two Red Eye Tetras. I didn’t want them, but their tank was a great deal! When I got them home I noticed the one fish has a swollen mouth. Research suggests Columnaris. Can someone confirm? They are both in a hospital tank for now and I’m in the process of disinfecting their old tank with 1 part bleach to 10 parts water.

it does not look like columnaris.

I don't see columnaris. Whatever it is, it is nasty.
