Every month there was a new set up to try, or DIY this or that.... i used to really look forward to it...
I remember there was this guy with a huge fibre glass tank in his garage and he made this massive multi-tier, multi-stage filter out of plmbing header tanks and a central heating pumps... he was growing-on some catfish if i recall... I was about 16 at the time and remember looking at the filter in AWE!!! (i had a 30" convict tank with a tiny fluval 103 at the time!)
