Does Anyone Know What This Is?

Basically, i've been looking for something to create a current in my tank to stop all of the turd from settling at the bottom of my tank as easily because my external filter doesn't put out much of a current. I don't want an internal filter though.

I saw something in the marine display in my LFS. They had this little unit that was creating a current in the water to blow the anenomes around, it look like it housed a fan but was definitely not a filter.

I've been trying to find one on the net this-evening, but it would help if i knew what it was called. Anyone know?

I've never used a powerhead but lately my 240L tank seems to be abit messier then it used to be so was thinking of one!!
