Does Anyone Know Of This Tail Type?

i cant find a single thing on the internet regarding this combination, its feathertail male x crowntail female, just wondered if anyone here had heard of it?

but googling dosn't come up with that combination .would be very interesting to see what a FT CT cross would look like ,

I'm pretty chuffed with this as it was me that realized it was a feathertail, and i'd never even seen one before! he's a stunning little fellow.

yup i looked at it several times until you mentioned it then the penny dropped lol, nice find though and well worth the hard work with spawning it, i can put him with a hm female and get rosetails so will spawn him twice with both ct and hm, they do say not to spawn feathers together but im hoping that with a ct the feathers will be extended and split into 2 extensions at the end but who knows hey? like i said worth the hard work, ive got some ct females coming in next week so if im lucky there should be one of a simular colour, if not one with triple or quadruple extensions which would just be an incredible mix of genes

I have Seen the results of these tail types breeding and they are amazing, i'll see if i saved any pix on the PC.
If i remember rightly they would be called Clown Tails or something like that.

The last time i saw them was on Aquabid and they looked amazing.

not a breeder so don't laugh if ity's a silly idea but, I think it would look really cool to put a VT with that Feather Tail, to get a real long Peacock Tail (I can just see it in my head)

the problem with this idea, is that the feathertail is produced by having so many ray extensions and veiltails have only two ray extensions which would reduce the total overall ray extensions on the fry. but don't worry about people laughing. lots of people don't understand genetics.
