Any neocardina such as cherry shrimp and all their colour morphs like yellow, chooclate, rili, blue, black, green will interbreed becuase they are all the same species. These should not how ever breed with caridina such as Crystal Red and Crystal black. They also will not breed with Amno, Amano shrimp are a caridna but they have a totally different way of producing offspring.
I have seen compatibility charts for various fresh water shrimp, but they tend to deal with if the shrimp can withstand the same water paramaters rather than if they will cross breed.
