Do I Need Anything Else?

I have a 180l tank, with a 405 filter with a spray bar(1300lph empty I guess),

Its moderately planted, but I was wondering if I need something else to help the water circulate more or is there enough movement going on,

I do find areas with fish waste gets 'left'

One is under the intake for the filter and the other is the opposite corner behind a cave I have.

ERm, if there is muck under the filter inlet then you could put a cup or something under the inlet and move it down, so the waste collects in the cup and is removed by the inlet???

Yup I have 2 xD the other one is hidden tho xD

But I don't understand about the cup =/

well the muck falls into the cup and is sucked up right... the cup will have a vacuum going into it and the wast floating past is sucked down into the cup and then up into the intake.
