Do guppies eat cherry shrimp?

Just wondering if guppies eat cherry shrimp? And if so will having a fairly heavily planted tank help?

Hungry guppies will eat baby shrimp but if the guppies are well fed and the tank has lots of plants, they will be fine together.

My guppies have never eaten adult cherry shrimp, but I'm not sure about the babies. I'm sure if you got a lot of java moss that would help a lot.

I've got them also combined with guppies and they do well together. Yes, just baby shrimp will be eaten from time to time (so, not always) but it does regulate the number of those shrimps in the tank a bit.
