Diseased Guppy, Others Fine

7 Guppies
3 Neon Tetras
27 UK Litre tank
Air pump, heater, filter, lighting,
Ammonia 0 ppm
Nitrite 0 ppm
Nitrate around 40 ppm no higher
Temp 24 C

I purchased most of my guppies (5) 11 days ago, and the 3 neon's
And my other 2 guppies sometime last week,
All look well.. apart from one yellow guppy i brought last week (1 of the 2)
My Yellow guppy has been acting weird for around 3-4 days. but today is the only time i have been staring at him and noticed a change. His colour has faded quite abit theres a patch which is still bright yellow, i dont know why but his head looks abit swelled and he doesnt move alot, but his fins move.


I cant see any parasites or fin rot or fungus so im unsure about what it is.

What should I do now

Do you mean the fish has a yellow patch on it.
Does the patch look like a gold dusting.
Does the yellow patch look fluffy in appearance.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing.
Are his eyes bulging out.

no his yellow tail had a patch of its original colour, other than that no other signs
