hiya noticed this appear on my anubia last week, and Decided to cut it off for safe measures,

Now how ever I have noticed it appear on my amazon Sword....
what is it? I'm able to scratch it of but I have never seen algae like this.....
Feels very rough...

It could be a precipitate that is formed by nutrients, maybe a more expericenced person could help better. I think it is when you have hard water and if iron is added it can cause a precipitation, it can also happen in some form of EI dosing (in the trace elments part) but like i said i am not to sure.

Im using simple FloraBoost keep meaning to go to Ferts....

I do live in a hard water area, But this has only happended in the last 3 weeks or so I'd say..
