Disease Or Injury?

I've been disease free for a while now but I'm a bit worried about my male paradise fish, he's been very shy lately and I've noticed a hole in his underside

I originally thought it was an ulcer or something similar so I did a weeks treatment of myaxicin[*sp] and it hasn't cleared.

I've got a bit of a video for people to see, can anyone diagnose? It's basically a hole that's appeared on his underside, he is the biggest and most dominant fish in the tank so I'm at a loss as to how it's happened, it's not as if he's being bullied..

Here's a blurry pic, I apologise, I've just bought and owned an iphone5 this afternoon and I'm still trying to figure out how to use it, yet alone figure out what buttons to press etc to link a video.....

MMmm... no picture appears and no video.

But to me it seems like some type of disease. It could possibly be an injury. Do you have anything sharp in your tank? Sharp ornements? Sharp gravel? Is your filter somehow broken and has pointy shards sticking out?
