Discus Has Bulging Eye

I picked up a new discus yesterday afternoon and i think it has pop eye, it only seems very slight and it may be nothing at all. It appears more defined around the outside edge of the socket and sticks out a lot further than the other.

Does anyone have any ideas if this is pop-eye or something else in the works.

Feeding is fine, digestive tract seems ok and I have already tested the water stats

Any flicking and rubbing or white specs on the eye.
The lfs could of knocked the eye with a net causing it to swell through rough handling.
Pop eye is when the eyes bulges out.
