Hello

I have Lemon Tetras, Harliquin Rasboras and Egyptian Mouthbrooders.

I used to just feed flake food, with Bloodworm every now and again, but since i got the egyptian mouthbrooders i feed Bloodworm every day (trying to get them to breed).

Is this good? Every now and again i feed flake now.

What other frozen food would be better for me to feed every day, if there is any?

Thanks

Nathan

I've started to buy Tropical Quartet which is frozen Daphnia, Bloodworm, Brineshrimp and White Mosquito Larvae - all in separate little compartments - to give the fishes a bit of variety.

Nobody seems too keen on the frozen daphnia though - lot of spitting out going on

I've read elsewhere on here that too much bloodworm can cause constipation - but don't know personally.

Do you know if they are available on the internet?

Around how much do you pay for this?(and about how long does a package last for you?) I only feed my fish flake and I really would like to supplement them and keep them healthy :)

You could try using live daphnia or bloodworm.
My fish aren't keen on frozen daphnia but they love live foods.

They're also fairly cheap if you use them once in a while
