Did My Ricordea Just Poop?!

I just saw my ricordia in my pico reef tank just 'poo out a 2 cm long brown string out of its mouth. It hung there for awhile but then it let it go. I've never seen a ricordia do this before.

Its just getting used to its new home and lighting. It will probably do it a few times most of my mussyies did

how are you getting it prepared? Mosquito net, raise th light high and lower it slowly, smaller light periods?

I am running the actinics for 2 hours then all the lights for 5 hours then the actinics for another 2 hours. Then I throw a blanket to block out the rest of the light for 15 hours. The moon light in the ballast still runs though.
