Developing Fry

We are new fish owners and about a week after purchasing our fish, our dalmatian molly had 20 babies. We of course panicked at first but the baby fish have been living in their own tank for several weeks now and most of them are so big already. I was wondering why the babies seems to be many different sizes. Some are 4 or 5 times larger than others and are already changing colors and getting their spots. I realize that eggs can more than likely hatch at different times but I can definitely tell that some fry are thriving and others aren't. Is this normal? Will the tiny ones eventually catch up? I just want to make sure they are healthy and getting everything they need!

Mollys are livebearers hence no eggs, but fish are just like any other organsim. Some grow faster/slower, some have good health some have bad....... It may just be that some are getting more food at feeding time so they are growing quicker.
