well my brothers betta Termernator passed away yesterday, cause unknown. he was a funny betta who lived up to his name by terminating an ottocate that was in his tank. my brother had recently moved him from a five gallon non heated to a 10 gallon non heated. termanator was a good fish, he had the red of my livingston and the face of my jasper. rest in peace little fishy nephew .

Oh I'm sorry .

I feel the need to ask though..when your brother moved him to the new tank, had he cycled the filter? Did it even have a filter? And also, did he treat the water with dechlorinator before adding the fish? Because if not , the stress of the move and untreated water may have been what killed him.
