I did happen to notice that! Very romantic and dashing! But he has a white mask!

He wears a black one during Masquerade and Point of No Return!

Different costumes, my dear..

His white mask is for the majority of the musical, but he does wear black occasionally.. that's where I got the swishy cape bit from, because if you've seen the movie, in Point of No Return, he swishes his cape a lot til he tosses it off, and wears a black mask.

Well - I have not seen the film; I was actually thinking about the original stageplay advert - er, showing my age here . I will have to see the film now to check out the swirling cape and masks. Maybe I can give Zorro a middle name!
