Danio With Lump

I have just noticed one of my danios has developed a large lump on one side and doesn't seem to affect it's swimming at all and the other side has some attack marks possibly fighter or other danios I am not sure.

The danios have been in since the beginning of my fish in cycle back in the beginning of feb.

Any ideas on what the lump could be?

Hard to tell without a photo, is it make or female?

Treatment wise, provided your other danios seem healthy, try and get it into a breeding trap (with an improvised lid) to give it time to heal (can also melafix the tank (or remove it to a hospital tank).

I finished a course of melafix last week as had a danio with attack marks and they had 2 danios die due to dropsy on Friday 13th of all days I believe it is a female (not got camera to hand) but the lump is raised about 2mm.

It is located halfway between centre of the Gil and the start of the top of the dorsal fin.
