Recently found out after vacation my water params have slipped, would daily water changes of around 10-15% for a period of a week fix this problem? I have higher nitrates than I would like, along with .3 or so lower ph than normal, so would doing daily changes of 10-15% put too much stress on the fish?, or is it perfectly fine?, I normally do a 25% at the end of each week.

One simple water change should lower the nitrates and I wouldn't worry about the pH although the water change will adjust it slightly too. As long as the nitrates are under 40 to 80 ppm you are fine. They have to get well over 100 ppm before they become a prlbme for your fish.

Did you use some type feeder while you were on vacation? That could be the reason for the high nitrates and lower pH.

As long as the hardness and temp of the new water and the old water are pretty close, there are no problems whatsoever. If the pH is largely different, then it's not a good idea, but 0.3 pH units is pretty small, so that's not a problem either. Do as many watrer changes as you want without worry. You fish will really appreciate it!
