Daft Question?

need to ask some advice here, i got a tank & all the equipment, except the pump & filter, this should be coming in the next few days, what i want to know is should i start on the tank, put the sand, gravel , fill up & treat water etc.. or should i wait for the filter & pump to arrive first, just thought i would give myself a bit of a head start thats all, give the sand time to settle, is this wise???

You could do either. it really doesn't matter.

just make sure u wash ur sand well
