Daft Filter Media Q.

Hi,
I have just got my new external filter and im hoping to eventually remove the internal and just run the external. My daft question is can I move all the media from the internal and put it in the external (There is plenty of room) if so would this make my external fully cycled?

It will mean you can remove the internal straight away, but not stock anymore fish for a few more weeks to allow the rest of the media to catch up with the load, just add slowly as you would normally.

Thanks. Im fully stocked at the moment anyway so wont be adding anymore.
