Sadly, the bacteria is in the filter and on the decor so you can't just add the water. You can add some decor, substrate, and/or a filter cartridge from your cycled tank.

old filter cartridges really help! id wait a week or two to make sure its actually cycled. in the meantime you could put some plants in there
