I have been cycling my tank for several weeks. My ammonia went up and then down but never made it to zero. My nitrite was too high to be measured for a few weeks and is now back at zero but ammonia is still 1ppm. It dipped briefly to .50 and then went back up. I have no fish just a couple plants in there. I tried a 30% water change but still the same.
