Cycled Tank ?

I have had no ammonia readings for awhile now and started to get nitrite readings and nitrate yesterdays readings was

ammonia 0

nitrite 0.25 / 0.50

nitrate 10

todays readings are

ammonia 0

nitrite 0

nitrate 0/10

Is this my tank starting its second phase of cycling ? my tanks been running since jan 8th
