Hi the question that you need to answer to discover if the tank is ready for fish is how quickly will the tank process 3ppm ammonia? So having got it to zero add enough ammonia to get it to 3ppm and see how quickly it gets back to zero. You're aiming for 12 hours I believe.

That is assuming that you are fishless cycling?
 
Yes sir, fishless ill try that . Pure amonia?
 
What ammonia source have you been using for the fishless cycle?
 
I used the food method and i waited like 5 days.
 
OK - so the reason that all your tests look so good is because your tank has not even started to cycle. You have basically tested tap water. You need to read the sticky at the top of this forum titled "cycling you new fresh water tank" hopefully this link will work!
