Cycled On Day 38, But.......

After the 5th Dose of Ammonia of Day 38 of the cycle, readings of Ammonia & Nitrite both zero, but tests were taken after 27hours not 24. 
 
Should I dose fully once more and check again in 24hrs just to make sure?

I don't think that there is a concern, honestly, but if it helps you sleep better at night - dose and test after 24 hours.  It won't do any harm.

Thanks. Dosed again to make sure and was down to zero, zero after 23 hours.
