Creating A Mini Pendulum Light For A Nano Tank...

Hi there,

I'm trying to create a mini pendulum (well not true pendulum and inverted L support) for my nano after giving up on trying to find a decent LED light.

I've seen a few online, but these mods dont come with instructions. I basically want to up my lighting from 9w to 18w if possible, but without increaing the heat.

any ideas?
