Fish Crazy
My son bought a new, very pretty white molly. On Friday night/Saturday morning she gave birth, so before I went to work I caught 5 and put them in a breeding trap. On Monday, yesterday and again today I have gone to feed the fish and found that mum has jumped into the breeding trap with her offspring. Just checking they are ok I guess. She is very calm and lets me net her and return her to the main tank. We have found that there are another 4 fry in the main tank, all are quite brazen and join all the grown ups for food.
My female guppy is kinda like that, not quite as sweet though...she loves her babies to death and plays with them *What I think is playing* And swims with them. So congrats on the fry and great mom!
