Could Something Like This Grow Corals?

Im noob, but i do like corals. But not the lights needed My tank is the Eclipse 12, and i cant find light mods. would something like this look?

The third one. Those LEDS aren't enough. I would say solf corals with the third one, but then again, it didn't say how many watts the light was.

That would be a lot....nice though. One problem, it wont fit on a 12 gallon tank. It is too long.
