If you go to my molly thread that is pinned in this section, you will see pictures from every 2 or 3 days. A platy and a molly are so much alike that some people actually have trouble telling them apart. (I never did understand that as a livebearer fan.) You can use those pictures to compare to your platy or, better yet, you can take a decent picture of your female every couple of days until she drops and I will add them to that thread for future platy keepers.
