So as i havent gotten any definite answer to my question for cory tank makes.

So i want to know, for Adult albino cories and 1 f.Juli Corie(Adolescent), what tank mates would be suitable for them as i will be getting more cories and F.Julie Cories to finish a group when i transfer them over to my 75Gal tank.

I want to add some bigger fish(non-predatory) and some fish that wont harm my Assassin snails that i will be adding to the tank for color as well. I wanted to add fish that are 3Inchs min, but no longer than 8Inchs in length. I dont care about the price of the fish, but it would help to have some actual suggestions to have for a "large" tankmate for cories

I would recommend a Leopard Ctenopoma with your cories anyway. They max @ 8" very curious interesting fish.IME they're like a combination of Oscar & puffer. One of my favourite fish. They are predatorial but not aggressive. I believe your cories get big enough to not be seen as prey. not sure about assassins snails tho.

im assuming my F.Julie Cories will reach 3-5Inch as well as my female Albino Cories that are 4-5inches as well
well, it seems that fish may not be suitable for cories. Well it is, but i dont want predatory fish

Is the 75 cycled?

i believe its 1/2 cycled, ive had the filter running without any fish(old filter media from 20Gal tank filter(40-75Gal filter)) and having several pond snails within the tank. Readings show 0Ammonia, 0nitrite, 1.25 Nitrate levels. GH is a 4, Ph stable at 7.4 and no blooms since adding water to the tank. It may be fully cycled within 2 weeks but i cant be sure

Just got off the phone with my LFS, they say i could go with mollys or guppies....... But i kinda dont wont a molly or guppie spawn pool in my 75Gal tank

Are any larger fish good for cories and assassin snails. I mean would cichilds work or would i just have to stay with small fish about 3Inc max length

I would suggest picking a cichlid that you are interested in, as there are tons of them, and head over to http://www.seriouslyfish.com/ to check their requirements.

Most fish shouldn't bother cories too much, but all species are different, so it will require some research on your part. I keep Denison Barbs in my 80 gallon with cories...they get about 6 inches, and shoal nicely.

By the way, just waiting to add fish and having pond snails in your tank will not be sufficient cycling. The bacteria will only grow to fit the available nitrogen source, so even if you have 50 pond snails in there, which I doubt you would want...the bioload will not be nearly what it would need to be for a fully stocked tank of fish. You need to add Ammonia periodically to feed the bacteria.

i see ones that i would like but i dont know where i would find them

I have yet to see a cory that will grow to 5" or even close to that. (not counting brochis) 2" is usually about the max

i guess im lucky then XD. Also on that note, how are KeyHole Cichlids? are they a shoaling species or just a 2-3 group fish. (i cannot seem to find any information on them after searching for about an hour)

Type in keyhole cichlids into search bar

Julie cories will never be more than 2 inches at maturity, if that (2.2 inches is max but this species rarely attains this in an aquarium).  And albino cories will not reach 4 or 5 inches, maybe 3 inches but more likely 2+.

Your GH is no where near high enough for mollies; this fish absolutely must have harder water, at least 12 dGH though SF gives 15 dGH as minimum.  I realize you don't want them anyway, but I had to comment on such bad advice from a store.  This would put me on guard for anything they tell you.

yea i know, i just want to get a fish tank that has a variety of fish, i could go with Harlequins, but i would need to get fish that wont eat them as well
