Cory Cotton Mouth?

I've just noticed 2 of my panda cory have a cotton style growth on there mouth, i've researched cotton mouth and i think it is this (although i cant find any pictures to give a proper confirmation).

They're both acting pretty normal but 1 is looking weak, i've had to move it as the other fish in the tank kept attacking it (edit, the platy is attacking most fish atm lol).
Although it doesnt match all the symptoms for cotton mouth (from what i've researched anyway).

All water stats are reading fine too (i know it annouys a few of u when people say that but i'm not a uber noob lol).

What substrate do you have? As if it's gravel it could well be a fungus from them trying to burrow.

But I'm no expert, just trying to ask a question to save others doing it

Playsand now (since 3month'ish ago) but when i first got them it was small gravel for a few months too.
If i remember right it had a wierd mouth when i first bought it, wasnt as bad though and
i didnt think much of it apart from its "whiskers" been abit short.
