There are many glaring errors in the above, besides all the incorrect spellings (as a master of Tai po I should not talk, but I do tend to get the technical terms right, its everything else I mess up).

The explanations range from outright wrong, to incomplete or to omitting key facts.

There are some parts that are correct, but I would suggest anybody wanting to know about this topic read elsewhere.

Finally, a lot of it was plagiarized, and not plagiarized well either I would add. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nitrifying_bacteria for a start.

Some very obvious plagiarism there, you only have to google a few sentences to see which bits have been copied.

Also, in most of the instances you list such as Temperature and pH fluctuations, the bacteria don't die, they go dormant.

minnt- Perhaps you need to go back to watching paint dry again as you do not seem to have anything useful to contribute on this topic. Maybe you should stick to what you are good at.

I have to agree with the others; as a uni student I frown upon plagiarism. Copying sentences or info from Wikipedia pages is also a bad idea since Wikipedia is an open source database that can be changed by anyone at any time therefore invalidating it's usefulness where it comes to citing as a reference. It wouldn't have been so bad had you cited your sources but you didn't. Plagiarism is illegal and immoral.
