Cooton Wool Fungus

1 sailfin molly
1 black molly
1 white and black molly
5 male guppys
180l with eheim pro3 and phillips ozone

small black molly has cotton wool like fungus on head and body!
this morning noticed sailfin also looks like he is starting to get it.
have bought a pack of...interpet anti fungus and fin rot. as reccomended by local retailer
2 days later still seem to have infection, and my ozone powerhead is making the tank very very cloudy.
i removed carbon media and also upped the air in tank as recomended!
anyone got any ideas what is best/next step!
was told to wait a week b4 changing water or re dosing

I'd get an antibiotic like Myxazin, as this is a bacterial infection most likely. Do a large water change, remove the carbon from your filter and dose as directed.
