It does look like a seriously havily pregnant female guppy (going on belly) Annastasia is the best one to tell over in the livebearers! It is possible for a guppy to remain pregnanty for over 3 months if she feels that the conditions in the tank arent quite right to give birth in! Or like someone said it could be a cyst or something! It is very hard to tell!
