I looked on the water authority website and they say that the water in my wares is soft. I forgot to mention that I shook the bottle for 2 minutes when I did the above water test.
My tank is 1.2m x 0.6m x 0.4 (roughly 300L)
When I first bought some of the fish I had more than just one or two of each. I started off with the 6 rummynose, 6 bloodfin, 2 clown loach, 2 SAE and two torpedo barb. The bristlenose was given to me by a friend who was shutting down his tank. I usually would get 5-6 of each (except clown loach, torpedo barb, SAE) but as I slowly found fish dying I would replace them with another breed. Obviously this probably wasn't the best coarse of action.
Edit: when I first bought my loach it was reccommended by my local fish shop that 2 would be the max I'd be able to have in my tank
