yea now that u say that, it prolly isnt a very pleasant experience living upside down as for seperating them, i couldnt tell u for sure but owuld imagin theres risks
because they rely on eachover, u cant chop a fish that lives upside down on the bottom of its larger twin off, and then expect it to live a normal life.
they are functioning perfectly fine, so why make their lives harder by cutting them up? at least they are healthy
COOL!!!!!! It dosent harm the fish at all. Sicne they were born that way, they assume its normal. Also, if the bigger one protects the smaller one, and the small one eats debris off the ground, then whats the problem?
