im having trouble conditioning my bettas,

i know you feed them on a varied diet but the thing is they only seem to eat one thing and not anything else,

im using betta pro, frozen blood worm, brine shrimp but they only seem to go for the betta pro and now there even starting to ignore this.

i really cant seem to get a pair where i feel they are ready for breeding. after two weeks of trying to feed them a variety of foods i put them in the spawning tank with silk plants betta spa poly cup taped in a corner, female in a pop bottle and the male didnt even blow a bubble. what am i doing wrong. it seems im falling at the first hurdle and i dont know how to over come it.

sorry for the long post - any help
:shout:

you could try starving the for 3or4 days and start feeding other things the idea is they will apreciate the new food oh and you could try putting another male near the spawning male not in the same tank they might bring out his competetive side

don't feed them for about 3 days.If there still picky try live bw and brinshrimp.Maybe frozen stuff doesnt appeal to them.
