I think I have weird amano shrimp...

Londonguy i'd just get some amanos and cherry shrimp as they will both eat algae and clean the tank. The amanos are more interesting to watch as they will swim out and steal flakes and things

Amanos are social shrimp, the fewer you have the less you will see them. They will not breed, unless they have brackish water. In a 125ltr, I would suggest having a min of 6 - 8, 3 amanos won't touch any algae growth in a 125ltr, if you only have 3.
