Hi Bod,

I only have Oto's and Krib's, from your list, and can say the Krib's will pick on your Oto's. Just make sure you have plenty of plants for the Oto's to hide in and perch on.

:)

my otos have plenty of places to hide in so i guess theyll be ok!

ive just found a site that says about compatability so no need to reply to this question any more!

Well I just lost a molly today and everyone is advising me that it is because Molly's need brackish water and I know Oto's can't take salt, so I would guess that they are not too compatable.
Can't comment on any of the others though, if they need fresh water then strike the Molly's if they need brackish water then strike the Oto ? :fun:

EDIT: sorry BOD must have pushed the reply button one second after you.

That doesn't mean that what it says is true. I would avoid kribs because of their aggression when breeding (and often in general).

Mollies do not strictly need salt, they just do better with it. Without they will still stay alive and healthy, but they may be more prone to disease.

yea i was actually thinkin of not getting any kribs now...or maybe just one ive asked if i can keep one krib many a time and the answer was yes but maybe i just wont get one at all! odnt want it to be lonely but from what ive seen the others should get along as they are mainly peaceful and yes i know this is not always true! but ill give it ago and if it doesnt work ill know i was wrong!
