y friends dad has a 100l, his heater malfunctioned and killed a load of small fish ?:(
Now I have these juvenile guppies, who are thriving (most have their coloured tails already, woop).

The surviving stock in his tank are a 3 inch clown loach and a 6 inch pleco, he doesn't know what type but from glancing at it once I'm pretty sure it is the “common” one that's gonna get heeeeooouuuge!

We know the pleco n loach have to move house pretty soon, but for the time being the're stayin put.

If I give him some of my guppies once they are a reasonable size will they be safe. Normally I would immediatly say no because of the size of the plec but I was thinking twice because he is a bottom feeder and is fed well.

Any advice?

There's always a risk putting little fish in with big ones, but it's a very, very rare clown loach or plec that would eat a guppy. You should be fine.
