Compatablity Of Fish

Been looking round at differnent fish to introduce later on

does anybosy know of a data base
or decent list of fish

ive been round quite few LSH
seen difering thing
traffic light style Red for aggrrssive Amber for suitable but not with smaller fish Green good commuinty fish
but weas hoping to find something online list whole lists of fish wich are happy together
with out run back and forwrd between pages
fish index heres ok but u spent ages going from page to page

any ideas
please

There are some sites I've used like:

But I think it's tough to come up with a universal compatibility matrix because there are so many variables and complexities:
Fish A and Fish B might be compatible in a very large tank, but not in a smaller one
C & D might be compatible if both females, but not males
E might work with F, and F might work with G, but E & G might be a no-no
H & I might be compatible when it comes to temperment, but may require different conditions
etc...

I would suggest picking some fish you like and definitely want to keep and then searching for comptabile tank mates for them.
