That last stocking would probibly be pushing it
I'd scratch the Guppies and they say OK
Guppies will breed like mad, usualy making you overstocked unless you cull them, or sell extras to the LFS, neither of which people generaly like doing, unless you get all males. All males may caurse problems later, as their tails are very prone to nipping, and almost all imported guppies are flimsy at best IME.
Local bread are teh way to go with them, as they are hardier, but that often leads to a greater price than the imports
Other than that things look good to me.
Just remember to add the small fish first, wait a few months, then add the rest
Angles prefur a mature tank, and are semi-agressive, so the other fish need to feel secure before you add them to avoid issues.
