Common Plec

Hi i have noticed my Common Plec is doing really long stringy poo's (very attractive).

I know they are meant to create alot of waste but is this normal or is there something wrong with him?

Yeah its normal for common plecs to do big poops, its one of the many reasons why they are not suited aquariums that dont have very strong filtration as the bigger the plec grows, the bigger its poops get.

Yep, totally normal, very large poops these fish do, thats y u have 2 do sooooooo many water changes!!! They produce a lot of waste!!!
