Parker,you're becoming quite an expert on rams .I agree with everything you have to say.I would move it back to the 20 and add a friend.

I take that as very high praise - thank you! I have just fallen in love with these little guys!!!

Tear-scar - I'm glad it's going so well, but my priority would still be on trying to give the ram more space by getting it back into the 20g.

To allow your Ram to destress give him/her plenty of hiding places, floating plants (even if they are plastic) and subdued lighting. I think another Ram at this point is a bad idea as he would probably just get bullied all over again.
