Color Morph?

Anyone know if the female in the back is a specific color morph, or just a random mix?

Wow, those are gorgeous fish. Not sure about a specific color morph line though. Those would sell like hot cakes.

Well i have to say I've been keeping and breeding livebearers for over 20 years and never seen that colour before, very impressive.
I has the wag gene which is showing the black fins so very interesting.

So have you reared that fish or from a shop?

she's from a shop, the tank had the blue spotted platies, also pictured, and general "mixed platies". but all the others were identifiable (painted, sunset, red wag, etc). Can't say I would mind more looking like her, but I woudn't know where to begin! I suppose at the very least I'd want a male of the wag variety, but beyond that, I got nothin'

[edit] i know working from shop lines is iffy, but this store always has good quality fish. the thing that concerns me is not knowing if I'll ever get anything that looks remotely like her, from her. But worth a try, I suppose, if you guys think the color's that nice and aren't aware of it already existing
