OK so i've seen these coconut cave about so i think 'that can't be too hard to make...' coconut ready, drill ready, saw ready... drilling the holes was pretty tough, so i brought out my so called diamond edged drill bits, supposed to drill through anything, any way start drilling one hole, two holes... get to about th fifth hole the drill bit snaps in half and straight into my hand! so now i've got a thumb with a drill hole through the nail bleeding like crazy and an index finger with another hole.

i've manaed to stop the bleeding, i'll tell you what it didn't hurt at the time but now it's really starting to ache...

It's funny but at the same time pretty painful.

oh yeah i finished the coconut cave, pictures available on request... (the cave and the hand )

Ouch! I've never used a drill to drill them lol; I always use a screw driver to get in lol.

I've made 2 sets of caves; the first one we hand cut with a hand saw and the second one...my dad took it to work to cut on one of their machines (naughty) - the machines are meant to cut heavy duty large bits of metal...well the cocunut broke their cutting device...oops
