Really any pics? Ill have a think i will hopefully find out if i get my job tomorrow so thats £200 a week.

Yes it would fit Ginge :) if mine fits a pub type cylinder it would fit a fire extinguisher as they all have standard size threads and fittings. The reg I got I would recommend to anyone, its a get bit of kit and the needle valve is very very easy to adjust.

i will get some photos up later today if i can (i'm at work now).

i was a bit concerned about the voltage as well. all i did was purchase a travel adapter from morrisons supermarket and plugged it in. works fine no problems what so ever.

the regulator that sam is running is very similar to the one i have, just a slightly different design and colour.

i have been running it now for 3days and it works fine, i have it plugged into a cheapy mechanical light timer that i also got from morrisons again no problems.

as for the diffuser, i have looked at getting one of those but im gonna wait and give my hagen ladder a run first.

That solenoid looks OK Ginge, not sure about the voltage thing, was Zig who mentioned it, although I do note on the picture that it has an adjustable voltage, not sure how it would work though (and the instructions are probably in German!) You could try emailing him, he replied in English and is very fast too. If you def want one eBay is a great source of cheap second hand ones, then you'd not have the voltage problem at all.

Well i have found a 2kg co2 source for £10 hopfully and the reg for £50 looks like i am saving quite a bit and the diffuser for £20 and the soleniod for £30 thats £110 the same price as a JBL kit 1 and the same as the JBL jit 2 with a 2kg bottle instead. 2kg with a soleniod shoud hopefully last like 8months.
